- Brookside Park, Pasadena; under the large shade trees (just south of the Rose Bowl) : 360 N. Arroyo Blvd, Brookside Park, Pasadena, CA
COST: FREE!; BRING YOUR OWN EVERYTHING (food, drink, beach chairs, ahts, sun block, etc) NO ALCOHOL.
* The City of Pasadena law is no alcohol, and the park is well patrolled.
DIRECTIONS (easiest): 210 Freeway Exit Mountain St.
1. Head WEST on Mountain St. towards Rosewalk while heading onto Arroyo to the RoseBowl
2. Mountain St. becomes Seco St.
3. Contineu onto Seco St. (pass Lincoln ave, Prosepect blvd, Rosemont, and past the Rosemont Rose Parade Float Pavilion. Rose Bowl is on the right, and Jackie Robinson Baseball Field on the left.
4. Turn LEFT onto N. Arroyo Blvd
5. Parking LOT I is on the left, park here and look for SGHS Banners.
6. take the walkway/ service road (has stones along borders) with the stone Brookside Park marker around past the white wooden Kid Space Museum on the left and the softball diamonds on the right.
7. Look for another SGHS banner.
