tracing old pen pal

Hi trying to trace old pen pal and exchange taecher, Teacher Mr Thrall, I have lost name of my pen pal, but his father was a local policeman, I have photos of his house, swimming pool with picti=ures painted on wall mexican scene,I can send copies Would be great to find out what happened to them, cam any one help
